Both pneumatic and electromagnetic micro-impact systems may be used to extrude the stylus (needle).

The pneumatic method can sometimes have missing dots due to uneven airflow, while the electromagnetic method eliminates this concern and produces uniform dots.

Machining Process

We employ an electromagnetic engraving machine to ensure stable quality engraving.
